possible.
- Browsing through the product catalogue is easy. You can choose how
many products the customer sees on a page. They can click on any product to see full details, including
all delivery costs and tax (if either apply).
- Adding the item to their shopping basket is as simple as a single mouse
click. They can then go back and choose something else, or make their purchase.
- Once the customer has made their choice, they can
complete their order with only two or three mouse clicks (plus typing their
personal details). This is about as low as it is possible to go without sacrificing the quality of the
ordering process.
- If the customer leaves the site without making a purchase, the contents
of their shopping basket are saved for 30 days and will automatically be displayed if they return within
that time.
