All requests for personal information will be made over a secure

page that requests the information and ensure that it starts with
"https://" instead of "http://".
We will only request the following information :-

- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Credit/debit card details
We do not collect any personal information that is not related to your
purchase. We will not alter the information that you give us unless
you instruct us to do so. You can check the information that we hold
about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete
or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in
accordance with our internal security policy, the law and the Which?
Web Trader Code.
We will never pass any of your personal information on to any other
party, nor will we transfer it outside the EEA (European Economic
Area).
We may use your mobile phone number and email address on matters relating to
your order, or to send you
special offers only in relation to Victory Workwear. If you do not wish to
receive this info please email us at kelly@broadweaveltd.co.uk and we will
remove you from the mailing list.
The only "tracking information" that may be stored about you is your
customer ID and a shopping basket ID. These are stored in a small text
file (called a "cookie") on your own computer, where thay will remain
for 30 days, after which your web browser will delete them. Cookies are
used for the following purposes :-
- to take the contents of your current shopping basket from page to
page as you browse through our web site,
- to take your customer ID from page to page so that we can confirm
who you are, and
- to allow us to display both of these pieces of information if you
return to the site within 30 days.
If your name is displayed on each page, then your customer ID has been
saved in the cookie. You can delete the customer ID information by
going to our log-in page and clicking the "Click Here To Log Out"
button. This will remove the customer ID cookie from your computer.
You can usually modify your web browser to prevent cookies being
saved, but you should be aware that you will experience difficulties
